went on a two day trip to coed with 5 friends from work, first day we did the MBR route which is always a great trail to start with with technical climbs and fast flowing desecents.

that was the morning run and after a short cuppa, and well earned break we did the Twar run,

billed as were it all began, the original red bull route our expectations were high, especially as we did the customery photo at the start under the bulls horn's only to watch a fully body armoured biker turn up go through the horns and go arse over tit within three feet of the start, 'much to our amusement' and sadly for him destroy his rear mech..

so off we went, over that first drop and...........it was no higher than about 6 inches, just and unlucky brerak for the earlier rider..

off we set and to sum up ..WHAT A PILE OF POO.

fire road climbs with very short boulder strewn descents...

BORING..total of about 30k for day one
